Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated Controller to join their dynamic team in North Carolina. This permanent direct hire position offers a rewarding opportunity for an experienced financial professional to manage financial operations and contribute to strategic financial decisions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing financials to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Preparing and reviewing journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Overseeing the month-end close process, ensuring all financial activities are properly recorded.
  • Collaborating closely with the executive team on finance decisions to support the company's strategic goals.
  • Supervising and guiding a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in financial management and accounting practices.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, first shift.
